You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services. ReefKG retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all Intellectual Property. ReefKG may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of this Agreement.
All content available on ReefKG, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio files, software, and designs (“Content”), is the property of ReefKG or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users are granted no rights in the Content other than the limited use rights expressly set forth in the EULA. Unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws, and is strictly prohibited.
The Services and related software may be subject to export controls under applicable international laws. You agree to comply with all export laws and regulations of any relevant jurisdictions. You may not use, export, re-export, or transfer the Services or any derivative of the Services in violation of such laws, including but not limited to controls relating to encryption, prohibited destinations, or prohibited end users. By using the Services, you represent that neither you nor your use is in violation of applicable export laws.

ReefKG disclaims all warranties, and in no event shall ReefKG be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
All images, music, fonts, and other media used within ReefKG’s Services are either owned by ReefKG, used under license from authorized licensors, or provided by Users with the necessary rights and permissions. Use of these assets outside of the Services without express written permission is prohibited. ReefKG is committed to providing reliable subscription services. While we strive for uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee absolute uptime due to factors outside our control, including internet disruptions, maintenance, or third-party service outages. ReefKG will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and will notify Users of any planned maintenance. We make no warranties regarding performance or reliability beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.
Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, or governmental fees associated with purchases of subscription services offered by ReefKG. ReefKG may collect and remit taxes where required by law; applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local tax regulations. ReefKG will not be liable for any tax obligations you incur due to your use of the Services.
